Top tricks to double eBay Earnings by Expert eBay Sellers
I started from scratch, and these tips and tricks have been a life saver, some of these tricks are based on trial and error while others I adapted from other people successfully running their eBay business.
- Make the Most of DSM Tool instead of Manual work:
I’ll briefly explain DSM tool for the newbie eBay sellers. Drop Shipping Management tool is an online system which allows its users to offer products without buying the entire stock. The order is passed through the user to the supplier who then ships the product to the respective customer.
- Use Auto Bulk Lister:
Schedule your products for automated listings using the Auto Bulk Lister option in DSM. This tool will save you a lot of time and energy to focus on other important aspects of eBay business. Divide the list of relevant products in two to three bulks and schedule them to appear as though randomly appearing products.
- Make the Most of Free Listing Days:
Sellers are allowed 20 free listings generally after which they are to pay a sum of money to continue. eBay offers specific periods of free listings to its users. You don’t have to pay a single penny while you list as many products as you like.
- Place Test Orders While Maintaining Anonymity:
To assure the quality of a potential supplier’s services, it is recommended that you place an order while maintaining anonymity. Some firms tend to give a hundred percent to get more clients, but when it comes to the provision of actual services, the end product is not as satisfying as promised. Keep a check on their Shipping speed, accurate tracking details, the condition of parcel or product upon arrival, etc.
- Clear Titles and Attractive, Juicy Product Descriptions:
Keep the product titles clear to the point, and the product descriptions should be easy to understand yet engaging for the customer.
- Maintain Quality and Be Honest about the Product:
Aim for permanent clients by winning their trust. Always take ownership of damaged, faulty products. Build trust and reputation as a reliable seller by providing the exact product as published in the picture; do not exaggerate product description to the point where customers are left disappointed after receiving the actual product.
It’s extremely helpful to adopt other marketing strategies such as keep the prices low when launching a product. People are more likely to risk buying a newly launched product with low price than a costly one.
